We are actively seeking highly motivated PhD students and postdoctoral fellows to join our Smart Infrastructure Technologies Research Group with a focus on AI for Infrastructure/Building Design and Robotics for Construction. The following positions are available: 1. Nomination for one Canada Impact+ Research Training Award – PhD 2. Nomination for one Canada Impact+ Research Training Award – Postdoctoral Fellow 3. One CSC-funded PhD position 4. One project-funded PhD position 5. One project-funded MSc position Applicant Qualifications Holds or is expected to obtain: 1. an MSc (for PhD applicants), ora PhD (for postdoctoral applicants) by the time of appointment, in a relevant discipline (e.g., civil engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, electrical engineering). 2. Highly motivated, well organized, and passionate about research. 3. Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with a solid publication record appropriate to career stage. 4. Strong interest in conducting transformational research in close collaboration with industry. 5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a research team. 6.
