It made a very good impression on me. I haven't been rejected / accepted into other schools yet, and I'm not surprised; I feel like an average applicant. The Purdue program also will discuss finishing a Ph.D. and whether I can get started on Ph.D. coursework there, which is a plus because I was originally scared of the longevity of a Ph.D. after 5 yrs of B.A. I wanted to wait a while in case I wasn't allowed to post these things on the internet, or if it would be tacky to do so, but I feel confident that they have things in order at this point. We'll see how the rest of the admits go... I'll be notified with the majority of you in late February / early March. Here's hoping.
